Cammillo Trattoria In Firenze

Loved this busy, happy, family-run place. More expansive menu than most but everything was so good. During a two month stay in Florence, we made sure to get weekly reservations here. Truly special and authentic!

Good place to eat great service

Very nice restaurant located in the center of Florence, south side near Piazza Santo Spirito and very close to the famous Ponte Vecchio. Several tables inside but very close together, so take into account that you might be cramped. I advise you to book, as it is right in the centre, you will avoid unpleasant surprises. The menu is varied and includes both appetizers, various first and second courses, and there is no shortage of desserts. I tried the chicken breast with sage, with a side of potato chips (they only have those and the classic mashed potatoes). Good dishes and normal portions. Prices a little high. The staff were friendly and courteous, while the service was a little slow, but in their defense I must say that the place was full. No parking, I recommend you reach it on foot and park your car outside the center or in the paid garages.

great food, nothing else to say. unfortunately many people knows, so be sure to book a table. tables are very close, the only negative point. then the service is attentive and fast, the food amazing. tortellini homemade and excellent. fried veal brain, liver, cotoletta petroniana, all great. short but good wine list

Good food and service. It was good but I feel there are better places in the city for more memorable experiences. The tables are next to each other and it is not easy to get the waiters attention.

Great atmosphere, kind staff, and delicious food. A beautiful menu with lots of options. The wine was incredible. The seating is very close together but it somehow adds to the experience. I definitely recommend calling ahead to reserve a table. I will say there are cheaper options in Florence with very similar dishes, however, I would still recommend.

Good food, but not remarkable and small quantity for the price you pay. The space is small and the tables are too close together, and it was hot. Maybe we weren't too lucky, but the waiter treated us with a tone of irony throughout the dinner.

Great spot, truly authentic. Classic authentic Tuscan cousine. Must get the tagliatelle de la casa + veal Milanese. Carlo the waiter gave us an excellent service and experience.

It’s authentic and traditional Italian home cooking foods. There are many varieties choice you can choose from the menu. Highly recommend if you visit Firenze
