Great traditional trattoria in busy and touristic Florence. Always had good food and great artichokes when season hits. When in Florence a good spot 👍 make reservation tends to be quite busy!

I went to Trattoria Cammillo on a recommendation and it really is very good! Everything I ate was delicious, extremely typical, a true Italian trattoria! The only negative point that prevents me from giving it 5 stars is that the prices you find here on the Google Maps menu do not correspond to the real ones… I ordered tortellini in brodo and it was 25 euros… for the atmosphere and experience it was worth it, but if you don't have that budget it might not be the best option. Oh and the waiter was a little rude, but I understand that it is due to the rush and pressure of serving everyone! It is a typical Italian atmosphere, not a quiet restaurant 😂

there’s a reason why it’s the talk of the town… try your luck and get a table whenever it’s available. pasta is all homemade and the selection of sauces is to die for. impeccable service. will come back

Too big a menu to make recommendations. Others have had amazing dishes here, ours were OK. Maybe we choose the wrong things on the menu.

Trattoria Cammillo feels like dining in a refined grandmother’s kitchen. It’s classic, welcoming, and beautifully located just steps from the Arno River. We had a cozy dinner there after sunset and were thoroughly impressed. The staff were kind and warm, especially helpful when explaining the daily specials. I ordered the tagliatelle with white truffle sauce, and my partner got the veal Milanese – both were stunning. The pasta was fresh and delicate, and the veal was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and juicy within. The wine list was extensive and full of Tuscan gems. What stood out most was the blend of elegance and comfort – the place is clearly cherished by locals and visitors alike. It’s not cheap, but for the quality and atmosphere, it was worth every euro. Around €50 per person with wine. The interiors are charming, with rustic touches and beautiful art on the walls. It’s a great spot for a romantic evening or special dinner. Don’t skip dessert – the panna cotta with berries was heavenly. We left completely satisfied and already talking about our next visit. A true Florentine gem.

Italian atmosphere, everything is fast paced, but worth the experience. The food was tasty, reasonably priced and fed us well. The tiramisu was outstanding, definitely be prepared to wait for a table if you don't have a reservation.

Este era uno de nuestros restaurantes favoritos en Florencia. Anoche realmente decepcionó la comida no era buena. Todavía es hermoso, todavía tiene buenos camareros, pero la comida es terrible, para ser honesto, también bastante caro - por favor, resuelva esto Cammillo! No te hundas en el terrible nivel turístico de tantas otras Trattoria en Florencia.
