Historic restaurant. All the dishes are excellent, the quality of the ingredients is excellent. I highly recommend them. I recommend the meat with porcini mushrooms, pigeon mutton, and truffle dishes.

We were really excited about this place, it came highly recommended and the line out the door seemed to confirm the hype. We didn’t have a reservation but they were able to seat us after a small wait which we were so grateful for. I’ll start by saying that the sage calamari dish was one of our favorite dishes of our entire trip! We still talk about it. The interior is homey and classic. However, our tortellini was served cold, service was very slow so it probably sat for a while before it made its way to our table. The “Caesar” salad was just raw mushrooms with cold cheese on top. I don’t know if this was a lost in translation situation but it didn’t even pass as a salad. The steak and mashed potatoes were just ok. We left a bit disappointed.

A quality restaurant, but really very expensive... hence the 3 stars. The food is good, but the portions are small for the price we paid... aside from the €4 per person per person... Honestly, the quality/price/quantity ratio isn't up to par. Although the service was excellent and they are dog-friendly.

Excellent trattoria! Great welcome and very good service! Thanks to our server for his kindness and advice! The entire menu is tempting and everything is homemade with quality products! You won't be disappointed! Great wine list too. Typical Italian service and the atmosphere is very pleasant. So I recommend it.

This place is so good we went 3 separate times on our vacation to Florence. We probably tried about half the menu and every single dish was absolutely sublime. I cannot recommend Da Cammillo enough, what an outstanding restaurant!

Eravamo in vacanza e a tutti i costi il mio compagno voleva portarmi lì perché anni fa aveva mangiato benissimo. Purtroppo non più, molto deludente dal pane al antipasto e una fiorentina tristissima. Si salva per il servizio ottimo, un cameriere russo stra gentile. Comunque grazie.
