Calypso Drink & Food In Badesi

Great location, unfortunately already closed in October. The evening atmosphere and sunset are fantastic. Beach almost deserted. Come back...

Nice bar on the beach to have a cocktail, normal prices

We went to Calypso for lunch, it's not exactly on the beach but very close. It has a comfortable walkway to reach it, also ideal for strollers. The place is nice even if a little messy. It is heavily branded by alcohol and energy drinks. The staff is fast and very kind. We immediately had a table, there were 2 of us with a 10 month old baby who wasn't eating. We asked for a high chair because at least this way it's comfortable and doesn't disturb the other tables. They only had one and it was already in use. We went by car to pick up our travel bag. We took 2 dishes: Calypso dish with tomatoes, mozzarella and tuna. The quality was not excellent, simple whole mozzarella, a chopped tomato and some canned tuna. To be the dish with the name of the restaurant I expected a much higher quality, at least of the tuna. I wouldn't recommend it. Second course, the tentacle with the chef's sauces, one was pesto and didn't seem homemade and a pink grapefruit sauce without consistency or similar flavor. I attach the receipt. Note not appreciated by me, although perhaps understandable. They made us pay for the child's cover without using anything, cutlery, glass, placemat and napkin because it wasn't really set out for him and not even their high chair.

Wonderful beach, very few people, splendid sea

Nice place on the Mimose beach. We had dinner and had a good time. Good but not excellent dishes.

Amazing beach very rare to find beach that you dont need to pay but i guess do to its size. There was a bar just above all that sand and its very beatiful. Not overcrowded wich is a good thing also.

The place wouldn't be bad and the food would be decent. But waiting times are too long, over an hour for 2 risottos and 2 linguine.....also oysters are offered which then turn out to be sold out......!!! Obviously given the waiting times the wine became undrinkable and the ice had time to melt in the drinks!!!!

Sempre una certezza!! Siamo tornati al Calypso e si conferma fra le mie più belle esperienze. Aperitivo con ottimi cocktail e super tramonto proseguito con un’ottima cena a base di pesce . Crudité freschissima , linguine alla granceola , grigliata mista di pesce e per concludere una fantastica millefoglie dello chef!! Servizio gentile e professionale!! Consiglio a tutti!!

Siamo andati a ballare e prendere un cocktail. Posto piccolo, bagni sporchi e personale un pò aggressivo tranne la dolce Sol. Bella location ma a fare I cocktail deve starci un barman....e poi senza menta e tequila come si fa?
