Beautiful experience: for work reasons we asked the favor of having us eat very late, not only were they immediately very helpful, but once we arrived (tired and hungry) we were welcomed with great warmth by the waiter (very kind and very good) and we ate very well. I particularly recommend the black pork fillet, truly prepared with mastery. Even the potatoes cooked under the ashes were a noteworthy discovery. Truly everything delicious and served with a smile (to top it all off: an absolutely honest bill, not to say competitive) I highly recommend!

I went to this restaurant with my partner for my birthday. The pizza is very good and digestible, the meat excellent, I ate a decomposed cuberoll. We really appreciated the desserts, crunchy millefeuille and baba in mouth. Furthermore, when they found out it was my birthday they brought a heart-shaped pizza with Nutella and berries to the table! It's those details that make the difference, like the bitters offered. Really fair prices and great service! Highly recommended!

Nice restaurant, great food, fair prices. The meat, the croutons with lard and the desserts are good. We had a good time and will definitely return to taste the pizza which seems to look really good.
Just a small note, I would brighten up the parking area a bit!

Good and digestible pizza, excellent quality meat (I recommend the Satrianese lamb) and good desserts. We spent a weekend in Satriano to celebrate my partner's birthday and chose Caluae to savor the local cuisine. We were welcomed kindly, ate very well and given the anniversary, a much appreciated sweet surprise arrived from the kitchen. I thank the very kind dining room staff, the owner and the chefs for the lovely evening, if in the area we will definitely return
