We stumbled upon it almost by chance. The place is very welcoming as the owners are very attentive and friendly. Excellent and quality food. We will be back soon.

I highly recommend this place. Food of a high quality and reasonable prices, but most importantly, I will give the environment of this place a 6th star if I could, and the people are some of the most friendly I've ever met in the restaurant!

Nice atmosphere and very special dishes! Definitely a place to try in Florence! Personally, I thought the prices were too high in relation to the small portions: despite the polenta and the dessert, I left hungry. Too bad, a good place to try anyway!

Had lunch with friends last Sunday (03-11-24) and it was a very pleasant surprise. The kind and always available owners will explain the traditional Arezzo dishes to you. The food (cooked in an open kitchen and visible from 360 degrees to the customer) is of extreme quality. Ditto the wines. It is truly a pleasure to discover certain places that escape the rule of globalization and which make friendliness and the human relationship with the customer their strong points. Living in Pontedera (Pi) every time I go to Florence I will go there. Massimo Moscuzza

14/08/2025: Excellent location, right in the town square. The room was standard, fairly clean, but a towel was missing, and a bar of soap was already opened. But the biggest problem was the lack of breakfast. We'd mentioned that one of us ate a savory breakfast, but the morning clerk didn't know, so she brought a single croissant and then half a schiacciatina from the next door. The coffee and cappuccino were poor.

Trattoria Piccolo Trianon

16/08/2025: A small restaurant that doesn't need to shout about its elegance, but does so with understated elegance. It boasts a delightful outdoor garden and excellent dishes, including the brain and fried rabbit en cobweb, a signature dish for decades. Highly recommended; prices are fair!
14/08/2025: It's a shame because the wine list is worth it. Otherwise, the staff was polite but cold. It was a really fast lunch, with the table being cleared in installments, and the first course plates being taken away to bring the second course while someone was still eating (not that it was taking half an hour, mind you). The snails were very good, and the "gran tagliere" appetizer was a plate with three slices of prosciutto, four croutons, and two small pieces of cheese, all very, very bland. The fried food, which should be their specialty, was actually nothing special. In fact, the chicken and rabbit were very bland, and the cooking was not good, resulting in a very greasy result! Lastly, I can't stand reheated moka pot coffee. It's something I can't stand, especially at €2!
