I've known this place for over 30 years and it's always a pleasant experience. Excellent cocktails, quality food, and always friendly staff. The place is unique because it hosts constantly changing exhibitions. Recommended

I ragazzi sono bravi per creare eventi d'arte degli artisti locali e non solo, allestimenti curati.... E sempre cordiali quando entro per un caffè o un aperitivo Consultate la pagina di Facebook di Calisto caffè e sarete aggiornati riguardo gli eventi

13/09/2025: Want to eat Roman food and good food? Go to the winter cellar!!! Delicious food and very friendly staff. Highly recommended.
20/08/2025: Last night I tried this restaurant for the first time (the summer opening is in Casalbuttano at the former Osteria La Grande). There were two of us; we each had a first course and a second course shared. Everything was delicious, and the place was truly lovely. We paid €58 (with water). Highly recommended restaurant ☺️
