27/02/2025: A la carte sushi restaurant, small restaurant but I find it very nice. The sushi is of good quality, but I must say that for the price you pay I was definitely expecting something more, especially in the flavor of the uramaki and in the presentation of the sushi "boat". Even in desserts I didn't find them good in flavor. The negroni they make is very good.
15/02/2025: I had dinner at Zushi in Reggio Emilia for Valentine's Day and the experience was overall pleasant, but with some sore points.
The wait at the entrance and between courses was quite long: understandable on such a crowded evening, but still an aspect that affected the experience. The staff, always courteous, were affected by the chaos of the evening, giving the impression of being in difficulty.
As for the food, the special mix boat was really excellent, while the sashimi disappointed expectations, not living up to what I expected. For an à la carte menu, honestly, I would have expected much more.
A positive aspect was the 20% discount obtained by booking with The Fork, which made the bill more balanced compared to the experience experienced.
Overall, a decent experience, but it could have been better, especially considering the level and reputation of the place. Perhaps on a less chaotic evening the service and experience would have been different.
