It's the shopping center in my neighborhood. I think it's very cute and welcoming. There are some interesting shops like Pam, H&M, Timberland, and Euronics. All the restaurants are on the top floor.

Good selection of stuff with varying prices

Small. The air conditioning in some shops is too strong. The top floor, where there are food outlets, wasn't very clean. I wouldn't return.

A shopping center near the Vatican that can also be useful for pilgrims and tourists who find an indoor place where they can eat without spending a fortune.

An excellent meeting point for young people, with many bars offering aperitifs of all kinds, few shops but friendly staff.

A very welcoming, clean, and new place. There's a great variety of shops, for all tastes. The selection of restaurants on the top floor is also very varied. Special mention goes to the shoemaker on the ground floor. Suffice it to say, I come all the way from Bologna specifically to have my shoes repaired by him. Always available, smiling, incredibly kind, welcoming, polite, and extremely honest. He displays an old-fashioned shyness as well as his elegance. With his expertise and experience of the highest level, he always finds the right solution for treating leather, repairing, altering, and making shoes comfortable and like new. His name is Antonio; I asked him the last time I was there because I wanted to thank him by name. For me, he's the ABSOLUTE TOP!!

Nice, there's a bit of everything, it turns easily, nothing special, it's fine for a quick trip

Six years ago, I asked myself these questions here on Maps: "There really wasn't a need for this. How long will it last?" I was somewhat scathing, and I remain so to some extent, but then, thanks to a guided tour of the area behind it, I understood much more, starting with its genesis. It was born from a private initiative, but it was part of the urban redevelopment of the Valle Aurelia area (and here I turn up my nose... it's an afterthought; the primary motivation was and remains profit... by far). However, it actually has the potential to become a hub for social and cultural gatherings in a neighborhood that sees the Ater buildings (ugly, just a few hundred meters away) as a relief valve, in addition to providing recreational spaces and services. There was no need for shops, although, connected to the Metro A and FL3 stops, which have an interchange here, this small center offers a rest and refueling point for the thousands of travelers who pass through. The stunning redevelopment of the old brickworks, its proximity to the Vatican, the historic Fornaciai district, and the Monte Ciocci park make this center important. If you look closely, especially when it's empty, the interior isn't exactly bad, although all that surrounding open space doesn't entirely convince me. It doesn't seem very successful, but it's an alternative to the outlying neighborhoods, which are overrun by everyone except those who live in the city center, like the residents of this area.
