I visited this restaurant recently and, unfortunately, I have to report a significant problem: the heat was unbearable. The clerk, visibly sweating with beads of water on her forehead as she prepared the orders, was a noticeable detail, especially in a restaurant with an open kitchen. The only solution was a fan, but I wonder if it's really legal to have a fan running in a food preparation area: dust, hygiene, and safety should come first. It's a shame, because the food wasn't bad, but such a hot, unhygienic environment ruins the experience. I hope they do something about it, because adequate air conditioning or better ventilation would make the experience much more pleasant (and hygienic!).

I went the other night for dinner before going to the Virtus Bologna game. Very good food and very kind and fast staff despite the queue caused by people like me who went there for a quick pre-game meal. Highly recommended.
