Excellent service, kind and helpful staff, abundant and quality dishes... what can I say.... Excellent 💯

I booked two nights at this 3-star hotel... but is it worth it? So, as soon as I entered, my room smelled of smoke, probably the fault of the previous guests, and for goodness sake, even if it's not pleasant with a child. It was poorly maintained, with non-existent sockets next to the bedside tables, and a fabric headboard that was absolutely not hygienic, in fact it wasn't clean at all. The door handle wasn't very sturdy, in short, it was poorly maintained, unlike the photos. The pool is very large and beautiful, but they could clarify that it's an Olympic-sized pool where people essentially go to train. In fact, there weren't even any loungers, just plastic chairs and sofas. Not very convenient for someone like me who can't swim, since I could only touch the surface with my toes. On the other hand, the changing rooms are super comfortable, nice and spacious, and new... I forgot, there's a children's pool, but it's a shame it was dirty. It's a shame because the facility really isn't bad, and the location is great if you don't have a car, so there's not much to do in the evenings... it's 1 km from Augusta by car. Will we return? I don't think it didn't satisfy me that much... I didn't pay an exaggerated amount so I was satisfied, the place is quiet, however given the area it's normal that it is 😅... finally the breakfast was decent, basic, not abundant, just right, nothing special

Quiet location but very far from Augusta, price in line with the hotel

I stayed two days and I had a great time, nice room equipped with all comforts and with an air conditioner finally working and silent. Restaurant with excellent dishes. The hotel has a large swimming pool, lots of well-kept greenery and there were no problems for my furry friend. Large and free parking. Friendly and attentive staff, I highly recommended it.

Management by nice and welcoming ladies. Useful location for Augusta and Priolo.

A good place to stop, in a location easily connected to Augusta and its industrial and military activities. The rooms are well made, heated or cooled with air conditioning, more care would be needed for the shower cabin. The service is excellent, they solved a leak in the sink that was flooding the bathroom in just a few hours, dinner was excellent and served with very little waiting, the breakfast was very varied. The restaurant is really highly recommended, Alessandra and Frederika are extremely friendly and competent, the dishes are all highly recommended, from the starters, pasta, meat, dessert, nothing to complain about, we would be happy to come back.
