What a lovely surprise. If you are a lover of traditional, carbonara etc, it is better not to go to this restaurant. If you are a lover of good, modern, well-made cuisine with many Asian touches, this is the place for you. Prices appropriate to quantity and quality. Excellent desserts (exotic), excellent prawn panzanella and elica with prawn and truffle done really well. If you want to dare take coconut, mango, ginger, tuna and almonds. Extensive wine list for all tastes and wallets. I would recommend a menu where you can choose 1 starter and a first or second course and 1 dessert at a fixed price.

We went to Calamare after discovering it thanks to acquaintances and a Google search, attracted by the excellent reviews we read online. We were looking for a seafood restaurant where we could enjoy good food, and I must admit that everything we read and heard turned out to be true. Write a title for this review I started my dinner with an exceptional tuna tartare, followed by starter, first course and second course, all dishes of the highest quality. I relied on the waitress' advice when choosing the courses, and I must say that the suggestions turned out to be excellent. The dessert also exceeded expectations, and the glass of wine I chose turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The restaurant environment is very welcoming, with attention to the smallest details, with a relaxing atmosphere and calm background music, which made the experience even more pleasant. The only negative note concerns the attention of the staff at the tables. I noticed a certain inattention on the part of the waiters, who did not often stop by to check if something was missing on the table and the times to take the order or to receive what we had requested were quite long. Maybe it was a bad evening, which can happen, but despite this small inconvenience, the restaurant fully deserves the 5 stars. We had a great time and highly recommend it.

We did the 7-course course, the food was all very good, especially the starters, the first courses were a bit of a disappointment because in my opinion they lacked the explosion of flavours, instead it was all very flat, the second course was good even if a little too much not much, the dessert was a bit of a disappointment because it was a simple sorbet, I would have preferred a more complex dessert. Despite this we ate well, even if I went back I wouldn't do the tasting menu but I would take the couple formula at €60 because we paid more than double and 3 out of 7 dishes were the same as those on the €60 per couple menu. I expected all different dishes for this experience. Very nice and well-kept place, outside also beautiful even if it was impossible to stay in with the heat these days. I had asked for a nice table since it was my and my boyfriend's anniversary, I saw tables with petals and candles, not ours, I don't know why or if I should have made an even more explicit request.

For a fantastic romantic evening. Beautiful location, a refined and exclusive environment, ideal for spending a special evening. The food is of excellent quality and the preparation is unique, thanks to the professionalism of the chef. The service is impeccable and attentive to our needs.
