Cala Zingaro In Cervia

I dined with high expectations, but the food wasn't what I expected. If you charge €22 for a first course and €28 for a second course, you expect quality, not just a beautiful plating. Unfortunately, both the tagliolini and the grilled swordfish lacked flavor and taste. Attentive service and a beautiful location, but if the flavors aren't there, you'll hardly return... it's a shame.

Beautiful atmosphere, dinner on the "PRESIDENTIAL" sofa on the beach... Fantastic, fast, and helpful service... DJ music on the beach... Unique and refined dishes!!!!! Bourgeois or not, you eat and feel good here!!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

An oasis of relaxation!!! It's truly a corner of paradise, excellent food, great music, always impeccable service!!! Highly recommended!!!

I went with friends both this year and last year. The first time for lunch and the second time for dinner. It's a real shame that both times they completely messed up the first course. Otherwise, the food was of good quality, and the appetizers and main courses were also good. From a restaurant of a certain level, and given the price of the dishes, I expect more attention. The main problem is that they probably don't know how to manage the table settings at the same time. We waited 40 minutes, counted by the clock, between the appetizer and the first course, only to be served a risotto that was completely dry and compact, looking like it had been on the plate for ages. The plating was beautiful, and the ingredients on top were good, but it was uneatable. They say risotto makes waves for a reason... I've attached the photos... note that other reviews show the same risotto pictured perfectly (back to the issue of timing, not the ingredients). The previous year, the first course had always been a problem... the cacio e pepe with mussels was delicious, but there were only four on the plate. The dishes served next to them were much richer, and here too, there were probably only a few left due to the crowd. Furthermore, the creamy sauce you'd expect from a cacio e pepe was completely absent, and the pasta was therefore very dry. The quality of the appetizers, however, was commendable, especially the mussels in a stew.

I stopped for lunch at this location. I must say it's very well-kept, and the staff is very courteous and attentive. Lunch on the beach is always a treat, with the sea breeze making everything even more pleasant. I ordered something off the menu and they immediately accommodated me (mussels with pepper), a bottle of white wine (Greco di Tufo), a coffee, and a drink. Prices are slightly above average, but the location and service are worth it. I recommend it.

I came here two weeks ago to spend a day at the beach. Very nice location, nothing to say. I took an umbrella and two sunbeds: €50 a bit too much but I have to say that the sunbeds are fabulous: big, comfortable and soft. Then we had lunch there: we had a seafood salad as an appetizer which wasn't great because you could taste the giardiniera more.. instead the cod croquettes were mind-blowing, excellent! Then I had the paccheri with shrimp tartare: excellent sauce but the pasta was rubber. Then we had the grilled octopus which was excellent. All in all I will go back.

Ambiente molto carino. Ancora in versione invernale. Molto grande con soffitti alti e acustica pessima: rimbombava tutto e non si riusciva a parlare con la persona a fianco. Cibo ottimo!!! Dall’ antipasto al dolce tutto favoloso. Gran carta dei vini. Solo un po’ lenti nelle portate.
