Great little cafe with a great selection of cakes, pastries, focaccia, coffee etc. Really great and welcoming service!

This spacious establishment is located on the main thoroughfare of Alghero's seafront, near the port. It offers a bar, pastry shop, light meals, and aperitifs, and is open daily during the summer months, from early morning until late evening. Accessible from two entrances, it features a large window, is well-lit and airy, and offers seating at tables inside or outside, sheltered by a loggia. The L-shaped counter features display cases displaying sweet and savory products. Cakes, donuts, tarts, croissants, and savory pastries are all handmade and truly excellent. The use of consumables from local producers is noteworthy (e.g., wine from the nearby "Santa Maria La Palma" winery). The staff is friendly, helpful, and smiling! The cleanliness is impeccable, and all the staff wear caps and are easily recognized by their uniforms. Table or counter service is fast and precise, and the quality of the products is undeniably delicate, refined, and balanced. The sweet and savory crepes are tempting, and the breakfast donuts/tarts are exquisite. The portions are generous, the prices are average for nearby restaurants, and they speak several languages, making them affordable for tourists from other countries. Pets are not only welcome, but are also welcome. Foods I'd recommend: Eggs, masterfully cooked; Local wine "Santa Maria La Palma," a sure thing; Savory crepes, generous and excellent; Vegetables, perfectly cooked and delicious; Sweet, not too sugary, soft and delicate, a true delight for the palate. Additional Notes: - Suitable and accessible to people with disabilities - Restrooms available - Free on-street parking - Suitable for vegetarians - Available for off-menu requests Suggestions/Improvements: - Cappuccino too lukewarm (but obviously it's a matter of taste) - Add fruit for breakfast (perhaps already available) - Add "Aragosta Frizzante" wine for aperitifs (Santa Maria La Palma winery) Overall, I highly recommend it!

An elegant and refined place with very kind and polite female staff. Very good prices; a decaf Americano is a steal at only €4.20. Take advantage of it. I'll be back soon...

Super delicious cakes and coffee, just a bit too much baking powder, which I can immediately tell on my teeth. Otherwise, highly recommended.
