We had lunch outside, the guys were immediately present and very kind, even when it started raining they asked us if we wanted to move inside. The carbonara was very good, the meatballs cacio e pepe and the artichoke alla giudia were good. To finish, bitter and coffee offered by the house. Highly recommended.

We were hesitant to try Tonnarello given how many people were waiting outside but saw good reviews so decided to wait. It only ended up being a 10-15 min wait, and once inside the service was super fast! Our server Hadi, was fantastic- extremely attentive and got out orders right away while offering excellent suggestions. I got the amatriciana and my wife got the pesto pasta- both of which were excellent compared to all the others we had been eating the last two weeks on our vacation. Overall, this place is great and couldn’t be happier with our last meal in Italy!

We thought it was a tourist place so we always avoided it also because of the constant line that we find in front and instead once we sat down we first appreciated the incredible courtesy and professionalism of all the staff (despite there always being a lot of people) and then also the food. Excellent pasta, chicken and artichokes.

10/05/2025: We were super happy with the food everything was delicious. The garden was very cosy and the wine recommendation was also on point. The price was very fair and we would definitely come back when in Rome again and recommend this place to everyone.
28/04/2025: Everything was perfect, the service, the atmosphere, the flavors... nothing to add! A really good, original and unique fish restaurant!

26/04/2025: Cozy place, exceptional service and excellent quality food. We recommend the carbonara, the cacio e pepe pasta, both classic and with artichokes and bacon. Chef and waiter with a unique Roman charm!!!
