The coffee shop must be a place where you feel at home. I have always loved having breakfast at the bar: those ten minutes of calm made of coffee and the smell of croissants having to recharge before work. I found all this at the Ravieli coffee shop, a quiet place where they greet you remembering your name... where you find your favorite croissant because they know you will arrive at that time and maybe they have put it aside.
