The hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Very well maintained and discreetly furnished. The service in the coffee shop wasn't particularly hospitable and I had to go to the bar myself because I wasn't served.

We stayed one night in the hotel and liked it. Our room was spacious and well lit, the window overlooking piazza and old city walls. Reception staff were friendly. There is a cafe on the ground floor and the food and service were also good. The only thing that gave us a bit of trouble was finding the entrance. On my Hotels.com confirmation the address was stated as “Piazza di Fiera” without any street number. Okay, we figured out that “Torrione” means tower and found the building, but had to circle around in search of the entrance. In fact, you can enter through cafe on ground floor (not obvious) or through the side door from the cross street. I made a photo of this door for your reference.

Perfect location right in downtown and 100m from carpark. Love this converted tower, attention to detail, amazing breakfast in the penthouse and fantastic 360 view. Service is great.

We stopped here for drinks. There are places inside and outside. Drinks were good, but service was perhaps a bit slow.

The vegan pomegranate brioches are delicious!! Characteristic place in the center of Trento! Recommended!

Excellent and beautiful place for an aperitif. Polite staff

A truly delightful little place. The structure first of all, inside this suggestive and unexpected tower. The location is very central and at the same time quiet in the evening. The kindness of the owners and the excellent organization with a code on the entrance door which grants you access even late at night. Clean, tastefully furnished and a wise use of all spaces. Rooms arranged on four floors, spacious and welcoming. Breakfast on the fourth floor, tasty with a visit to the top of the tower to peek at Trento from above. Great attention to detail. Excellent value for money. Worth visiting.
