Excellent aperitifs, the owners are very knowledgeable and helpful, and the cocktails, wines, and beers are excellent. The accompanying small dishes are special and plentiful.

My grandfather used to go there when he lived in the doorway near number ten and I used to go there when I was little when the previous management was still there (we called it "da Santo" given the name of the owner!) so I've been talking to you since the mid-seventies, then I continued with Nicola and now with Enzo, the son, who runs it with his wife Cecilia and lately also with his son, in short, a real family tradition, carried forward with great passion and professionalism; between one conversation and another, whether you just need to have a coffee or an aperitif, breakfast, etc... surely, you will find yourself in a comfortable environment almost, back in time, excellent quality/price ratio, so... what else to add? I take this opportunity to greet everyone and send them a big and sincere hug. 😉👍🏻🤗🤗🤗🔝👌🏻

05/08/2025: Conveniently located in the center of Genoa, this restaurant offers quality food with knowledgeable and super helpful staff! Compliments for the atmosphere, which was always welcoming and made us feel right at home! Highly recommended!
31/07/2025: A quality lunch break! I had the opportunity to try the amberjack ceviche, which was truly delicious. The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I absolutely recommend it!

19/07/2025: Ci siamo fermate a pranzo, tornate dal mare, abbiamo mangiato davvero bene (i primi poi top). Il servizio è stato cortese, educato e gentile. C’era rimasto impresso perché, qualche anno prima, avevamo cenato da loro, quindi abbiamo pensato di fermarci a pranzo. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
11/07/2025: Abbiamo cenato in questo caratteristico ristorante del porto incastonato nel tufo di Ventotene. Ad accoglierci un cameriere davvero gentilissimo, attento e carino per tutta la cena. Io ho preso una tartare di tonno davvero deliziosa, tonno ottimo si scioglieva in bocca. Anche gli altri antipasti (impepata) molto buoni. Abbiamo preso in 3 persone 3 primi diversi da pessimi clienti ma abbiamo provato 3 piatti davvero ottimi. Il mio, spaghetti con gambero crudo al profumo di limone, era davvero eccezionale, fresco, saporito, ottimamente legato. Pasta con le vongole non presente nel menù ma gentilmente preparata comunque per mio figlio era decisamente la migliore provata sull'isola. L' altro primo paccheri con totano delizioso come il resto. Prezzi in linea con l' isola ma adeguati a quello che abbiamo mangiato. Torneremo sicuramente
