Tutto sopra le aspettative ma oramai per noi tappa fissa a Napoli. I numeri uno. Qualità del cibo e freschezza delle materie prime la fanno da padrona. In più c'è tanta simpatia da parte dei proprietari.. Lascio sempre un pezzo di cuore

this morning we bought two babà to take on the train. in addition to the immense kindness of the (I think) owner, thanks to their travel packaging the babà, after 7 hours of travel by train, arrived intact, juicy and majestically good, with an enviable leavening, paid only €2.50 each. after having had various culinary experiences in naples I can only say that Ippolito are the best

24/08/2025: I felt right at home in this beautiful restaurant serving home-cooked food. The staff was incredibly kind, and there were lots of children playing, but in a dedicated area away from the tables, it felt like a family-friendly environment. We had a Margherita with provola and thoroughly enjoyed it. Kudos also to the kitchen for the appetizer of Italian fried meats, including zucchini flowers, our favorites, potato croquettes, and zeppoline. We'll be back to try the local fish, which we've heard so much about. Thanks to Giuseppe and Kelly for their hospitality and professionalism. See you soon!

02/04/2025: Siamo entrati per caso, ci hanno servito i caffè con cortesia e sorriso sulle labbra, non così frequente altrove a Napoli, caffè molto buono
25/03/2025: We had two ice creams. I don't think they are artisanal (I could be wrong) but the taste was good. I don't think I would return. Friendly owner as well as the bartender. They let us sit even though we had already paid, so covered for free. Normally €6.
