29/12/2024: 2.30pm-3.00pm on 29/12/24. excellent café service; professional, polite, quick and welcoming girls at the counter. Excellent communication and NLP. I don't understand why their "superior" has to take them back IN MY PRESENCE (as a customer) For a RARE quality such as the ability to communicate with the customer. I consider the choice to film you UNPLEASANT and of a professionalism that I don't know... I choose to drink a coffee at McDonald's because there is something more in terms of communication and SMILE!... (please pay attention to the word SMILE... which for McDonald's is a very important point... in case anyone doesn't know) Turning off these moods is truly a shame. Reason why I chose to give only one star to the environment (excellent cleanliness obviously, 5 stars) I would recommend improving in this aspect from the top. However, I will gladly return for a good coffee or lunch/dinner in the hope that these good moods will not be extinguished. Greetings.
