On my way back from the Valley of the Temples, I happened to stop in Canicattì and ate the best gelato of my vacation. The best zuppa inglese of my life!!!!!!

I recommend stopping in Canicattì and stopping at the Parnaso café to enjoy gratins, croissants (filled freshly with their products), ice cream, and much more. Everything is artisanal and top-quality. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the location is truly unique.

31/12/2025: Perfect! I had the swordfish with eggplant! My husband had the pizza with pistachios and cheese 😍
25/11/2025: The place has a great atmosphere. The food portions are decent, though some of us (6 of us) were left half-eaten. We ordered pasta and fish (sea bass). Delicious. Unfortunately, we arrived before closing time (3 p.m.) and the dishes were undercooked. The pasta was too hard, and the potatoes served with the fish were also hard. Hence the only 3 stars. The service was okay.
