On my way back from the Valley of the Temples, I happened to stop in Canicattì and ate the best gelato of my vacation. The best zuppa inglese of my life!!!!!!

I recommend stopping in Canicattì and stopping at the Parnaso café to enjoy gratins, croissants (filled freshly with their products), ice cream, and much more. Everything is artisanal and top-quality. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the location is truly unique.

The pastries are delectable, as are the coffees and granitas. The service is impeccable thanks to a friendly and welcoming staff. The terrace, as well as the surroundings, are intoxicating. I highly recommend it.

I was in this bar a few days ago and I was really impressed. The place is welcoming and well-kept, the staff is kind and always smiling. The coffee is one of the best I've ever had: creamy, fragrant and served to perfection. The choice of fresh pastries and croissants is also excellent. An ideal place for both a quiet breakfast and a quick coffee break. I will definitely be back!

Caffetteria del Parnaso is synonymous with excellent goodness. Excellent artisanal products, from croissants to granitas. Today I tried what is so far the best croissant I have ever tasted: pears, ricotta and caramel... seeing is believing! Top service.

05/10/2025: A simple, rustic, family-run restaurant with a good selection of appetizers, first courses, and second courses. We had an appetizer and a second course, octopus salad (very tender, the only flaw being the giardiniera salad) and mixed fried fish (red mullet, cod, and calamari rings). The fish was very fresh and delicious. Good value.

13/08/2025: Costa's is a lovely discovery. It's a restaurant/pizzeria located in an easily accessible location, with convenient parking, and above all, good food. It offers just the right amount of choice, both in terms of pizza and food. The quality/price ratio is excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I've always ordered pizza because I consider it to be good quality: light dough, not heavy, medium-thick crust, well-cooked and not burnt, with balanced toppings that highlight every single flavor. PS. I've never tried the first or second courses, so I don't know if the quality is still high there, but it's definitely worth a try! I don't have a photo to attach because I was hungry when it arrived and ate it right away... 😇
