The pastries are delectable, as are the coffees and granitas. The service is impeccable thanks to a friendly and welcoming staff. The terrace, as well as the surroundings, are intoxicating. I highly recommend it.

I was in this bar a few days ago and I was really impressed. The place is welcoming and well-kept, the staff is kind and always smiling. The coffee is one of the best I've ever had: creamy, fragrant and served to perfection. The choice of fresh pastries and croissants is also excellent. An ideal place for both a quiet breakfast and a quick coffee break. I will definitely be back!

Caffetteria del Parnaso is synonymous with excellent goodness. Excellent artisanal products, from croissants to granitas. Today I tried what is so far the best croissant I have ever tasted: pears, ricotta and caramel... seeing is believing! Top service.

If you are looking for a TOP pastry shop in Canicattì you have to stop by Parnaso because the desserts, coffee and service are unsurpassed! The girls who work there are nice and will serve you a fabulous breakfast 🫶🤗

24/06/2025: I'm not a man of many words but after this evening I have some to say Excellent service, really short waiting times and quality beyond the limits Truly exceptional in everything The best sandwich I've ever tasted before I recommend it to everyone Come on guys ❤️
23/06/2025: I had the grilled sandwich (grilled eggplant, grilled primo sale and dried tomatoes) and I think it's the best sandwich I've eaten in my life so far. The fried potatoes with chili sauce and crispy onion are also a sight to behold.

21/07/2025: I've never been there in person but every year at Easter and Christmas I order panettone and colombe, recently I also tried the ricci, delicious, especially the pistachio ones, speaking of panettone and colombe I have to say that they are the best I've ever tried, they have a unique consistency, in my family we always compare them to cotton wool, the fragrance is unique and I can't imagine what it feels like to taste it fresh, the prices are a bit expensive but online somehow they always offer discounts or don't charge shipping so I've never really paid that much.
21/07/2025: The best ice cream in Italy. Very affordable prices and high quality.
