Friendly, kind and humble owners, Ludovica makes delicious lattes and cappuccinos, the change of employees happens often but always, you are served by friendly guys ready to serve you with the vices that the owners have given you glass coffee and a glass of water nearby ALWAYS which is my biggest vice... and I never miss the opportunity that if something goes wrong maybe confusion, for new staff to be qualified they are always ready to make themselves available to treat you better on the next round or give you money back or bad Whether it's time to remake the drink or the dish that was neglected, if I have to describe the professionalism and humility I'll do it like this...exquisite people without forgetting that education and respect must also come from the customer... Which most of the time is rude. MY FAVORITE BAR
