An espresso is €5. You also have to keep in mind that you're right in the main square, and the terrace has a perfect spot. It's very pleasant.

A lovely spot in Taormina, the terrace in the shade was wonderful. We'd read about Liz Taylor and Richard Burton having been there before. We tried the cocktails named after them. And they were good!

A dream location high above Taormina. Perfect service, very flexible, even though we arrived with eight people without a reservation. We got the best Shakerado!!

Stunning sea views! Located in the center of Taormina, the location is definitely worth the extra cost. I highly recommend getting a granita here, they're amazing!

Caffe Wunderbar, is a wonderful place to have a drink or a snack the Morning-Afternoon staff are really good & super helpful very knowledgable about the wine list and give great reccomendations. The views & location the best in Taormina. I would reccomend the Lamb Shank which was amazingly good.

Excellent service and very attentive service. The price is reasonable, but (critical Dutch be warned) Taormina isn't for "cheap" ;-).

We come here every year. A few years ago, Wunderbar was recommended to us by our friend Francesco from Amsterdam. The food is always excellent and authentically Sicilian. We're always welcomed warmly by the owners Giorgio and Marina. The rest of the staff is also super friendly and attentive. We'll definitely be back!

Lovely spot in the square overlooking the bay. Drinks were small and way overpriced. Service was decent but not very friendly.

Cozy place with excellent service. The waiter offered us to sit inside because of the bees. Cornetto with ricota is special !

27/04/2025: I saw one of Messina's historic restaurants as a child and several years have passed, the food is quite good, yesterday I tasted the pasta with swordfish bottarga which was good, the other dishes were also satisfactory, prices were normal for ganzirri and unlike other places the kitchen was still open even though it was almost midnight. It has closed permanently, update yourself

16/04/2025: What a wonderful friendly restaurant. The food was exquisite. Pasta with mushrooms was very flavorful and not overcooked. The mixed grill was so much food for 2 people. The sausages had well balanced spices. The owner made sure everything was perfect and to our liking. Also added treats to the end of the meal.
16/03/2025: Io e mia moglie con due cari amici, ci siamo fermati a pranzo in questo locale carino e pulito. Travolti in modo benevolo e positivo da uno chef simpatico, immediato e vulcanico. Antonio "Maradona" ti accoglie con un calore che ti avvolge e ti accompagna nel menù che si accinge a preparare. Che dire... Cibi buoni, genuini e preparati ad arte. Dagli antipasti misti ai primi con materie prime degne di lode. Agnello e salsiccia alla brace divini. Dolci deliziosi e prezzo molto onesto.Alla fine ci alziamo da tavola con rammarico e vorremmo restare a parlare ancora con Antonio e con il titolare. Sicuramente ci sarà un'altra occasione per assaggiare il coniglio al sugo. Posto consigliato per ritornarci tante e tante altre volte.
