So, right at the start, I want to say that I don't understand all the negative reviews. We were there with four adults and two children (one 2 years old and one almost 2 years old). Of course, you can find some structural defects that should be addressed, but they aren't defects that negatively impacted our vacation. What really needs to be addressed urgently, and for which we deduct points, was the children's area. The fabric of the pool table is torn, the ball pit has a marble floor, and a heavy wooden table acts as a barrier. There's simply no safety for the children there - a shame, because the room itself and the idea are great and practical, and our children enjoyed it. The children's pool should be cleaned more often (there are stones on the bottom and dirt from the day). To come to the last negative point - for an all-inclusive hotel, it's a real shame that you're not even allowed to get a sparkling water for the children between breakfast and lunch. The time between lunch and dinner is also very long, especially with children, without a small snack in between. So, now for the positives, which clearly outweigh the negatives. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. It was clean, even if the rooms themselves weren't the best or most modern, but you felt comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The food was fresh and there was plenty of everything from start to finish. Lunch could have used a bit more variety, but you were definitely satisfied. Dinner offered a truly varied menu: fresh salads, fresh fruit, ice cream, various desserts, fish and meat dishes, and more. The children were loud from time to time, but that didn't bother anyone. Each guest has their own designated table in the dining room during their stay, which is also really great. All in all, it was a lovely stay, and we would spend our vacation there again with our children. Thank you!

We stayed for two nights and took advantage of the all-inclusive offer. The room was very spacious and clean, with thick curtains for sun protection and a terrace. Breakfast and dinner were good, but we missed lunch because we went to Monte Baldo. The town and castle are close by. My son enjoyed the pool the most, but we even had a short swim in it. Among the available drinks, we enjoyed lemonade, water, and a delicious, cold beer. The hotel service was good. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is beautifully situated and is also suitable for motorcyclists. Motorcycles can be stored in the basement, where they'll be warm and dry. The staff is very friendly and happy to tell you about the various activities available in the region during your stay/holiday. The rooms are very spacious, air-conditioned, and cleaned daily. Towels are also changed and fresh linens are provided. I also appreciate the all-inclusive option. There's a wide selection of dishes every day, even if you have food allergies. In short, a very clean hotel that I highly recommend.

Unfortunately there was only one trash can in the room, but otherwise everything was ok! Everyone is very friendly and you can always find something to eat! Very quiet location!!

Ideal as a starting point for exploration tours, inexpensive hotel with all inclusive. Really recommended. We are already planning a return visit for October.
