As a loyal Trinca coffee customer, I'm sad to say that, unfortunately, there was a problem with the pods in the last two packages I bought at the same time. At least half of them opened, losing their precious contents. Clearly, this doesn't change my overwhelmingly positive opinion of Trinca coffee. But unfortunately, in the end, we, our loyal customers, were the ones who were penalized.
