In the Piazza del Palazzo Ducale in Alessano, the air smells good and the fresh breeze inebriates you. We had dinner in this extremely welcoming place. Mrs. Eleonora herself showed us the menu. We tasted excellent fish and very fresh local products, well presented and with generous portions. Adequate prices. Well done! We returned because the restaurant and location won us over, we learned that the management is familiar and well looked after by Mrs. Eleonora and her three children. The girl who followed us explained the interesting history of the ancient building in which the restaurant is located and which was owned by the Sangiovanni dukes and has recently been restored. For dinner we were offered an amazing rosé wine with exactly the required characteristics. In short, everything was excellent: loction, food service and good wine. Compliments!!
