Yesterday I bought some hot food from Santoro for my father-in-law. Pizzetta, cipollina, and Bombetta, and arancini were good, though the pastry was a bit less so than the pâté. The only thing I'd like to point out, not out of spite but because it's right to be more careful, is that we found a hair in the middle of the arancini dough...

Simple and nice bar without too many pretensions. Lately, however, the quality has dropped a bit. I recently had a granita with a brioche. I can say the granita was quite good (chocolate and almond) the brioche, despite being hot, was practically raw! Not long ago I had a chocolate roll. They also made this one much better. The cream wasn't great and that salty touch was missing. I hope the products improve and go back to how they used to be, also because it was a bar that churned out excellent products.
