We're on a bicycle trip through Italy and had a stop in Viterbo and had a quick breakfast in this coffee shop. The staff is extremely friendly (and fast) and the coffee is good. Local vibe, nothing touristy. Recommended! 👏

Titolare garbatissimo ed educato, molto cordiale e disponibile, locale carino. Siamo stati in questo bar nel mese di marzo 2025, visitando Viterbo. Su via San Lorenzo, credo sia il bar con il barista più educato e sensibile della città.

Attentive and always available staff, a suggestive environment overlooking the main square of the municipality. Excellent breakfasts and quick cooking without taking anything away from the taste. Recommended for a break in visiting the city.

26/07/2025: Didn’t love the menu. Chose the pork shank, which was nice. My husband had eel. Nicely done if you love eel. All ok.
25/07/2025: Everything was excellent: food, service, and location. I went there today with my partner and a couple of friends. The restaurant is on a stilt house overlooking Lake Bolsena, very charming. The waiter Alessandro, very kind and professional, seated us at a table with a beautiful lake view. The seafood first courses were delicious, and the mixed fried seafood was crispy and delicious. Fair prices. I highly recommend it.

La Corte Dei Prefetti Di Vico

30/03/2025: Oggi in gita a Ronciglione per la prima volta abbiamo avuto la fortuna di aver scelto La Corte dei Prefetti per il nostro pranzo. Bella location con il nostro tavolo posizionato con veduta sul borgo medievale. Abbiamo iniziato con un'ottima panzanella servita in maniera particolare su una bella fetta di pane e con bruschetta condita con svariate verdure dell'orto. Come piatto principale tutta pasta fatta in casa: perfette le pappardelle al cinghiale, ottima la pasta di fieno canepino sia con ragù viterbese e sia con cacio e pepe. Sublime e tenerissimo il maialino di latte cotto nel forno a legna. Gustosi tutti i dolci portati al tavolo, ben fornita la lista dei vini Ambiente elegante e cordiale, servizio veloce ed impeccabile con gentilezza e educazione dei camerieri, professionale e simpatico Gino il titolare. Complimenti a mamma e a tutta la sua brigata per gli ottimi piatti mangiati. Torneremo sicuramente.
24/03/2025: Il ristorante si trova nel cuore di Ronciglione. Gli arredamenti e l'ambiente sono completamente in linea con il contesto stesso del borgo. Una bellissima vetrata consente la vista su alcune case del centro storico. Il menu è ricco. Ha una sezione dedicata ai prodotti locali
