Service is impeccable. Flavorful, light pastry selection is bounteous. We ordered the traditional breakfast with ham, eggs and bread and of course several pastries.

Un fabuloso café justo al lado de la Piazza della Signoria. Excelentes “sándwiches” de todas las descripciones, realmente frescos y sabrosos. Gran selección de pasteles y bollería también.
No entiendo las críticas negativas, nos pareció todo el personal increíblemente amable y educado.
Sí, es un poco caro, pero vale cada centavo.
Nos estafaron en muchos lugares de Florencia, pero no nos sentimos así aquí, nos encantó.
Gran ambiente en el interior, y una pequeña terraza de pavimento encantadora para ver el mundo pasar.

This café is a real gem in Florence. The place is beautiful. But today I want to talk about wheelchair accessibility. We were desperate because the public bathroom was closed and we found this café that surprised us with great wheelchair access and an adapted bathroom.

The pistachio croissant was very delicious and the coffees were good. However, the service is very bad, we waited for 10 minutes without them bringing us the menu, but the table next to us, who looked wealthy, brought it right away, as well as the coffees. You had to call the waiters all the time or else they would ignore you. There are better places.

Ieri , 12 Marzo 25’, in attesa del treno ho fatto “ pausa “ a codesto Bar , ad un passo da Palazzo Vecchio , come da mia consolidata consuetudine . Tutto ok, il cappuccino , il croissant salato con prosciutto e fontina , il servizio al tavolo , insomma lo consiglio davvero .
