Caffe Roma In Cison di valmarino

I stopped by Bar Roma during a visit to Cison di Valmarino, before taking the cable car up to Castel Brando. It seemed like a nice place, so I stopped for a break ☕️. There were several free tables, but we were still advised to sit in a corner behind the bar, a choice I found a bit odd. The service was neutral, without any particular attention. The only downside was the bill: honestly, it seemed really high. I understand the touristy location, but certain prices risk putting you off returning. I must say, however, that there was a very sweet dog named Arturo 🐶 who wandered among the tables looking for cuddles... a sweet and friendly presence, perhaps the most enjoyable part of the visit. Overall, a place that could offer more, but where some details clash and leave a slightly disappointing feeling.

Excellent venue. Just one request: turn off the music. The booming makes the stay less pleasant.

This place was stunningly beautiful with an outdoor seating area that dates to the 11th century! Unfortunately the food was terrible! I didn't thinknit was possible to have bad food (especially pasta) in italy, but it was. The pasta was so dry it was as if it had beem microwaved after sitting all day. The sauce was equally bad. I'm not sure if this just came out of a can or what, but it was the worst use of money and waste of a meal.

Great little stop for a cappuccino and a treat! Absolutely stunning square. Very quiet in September. The backyard garden is beautiful.
