Caffe Rialto In Venezia

The owner was a Chinese man and the part-time workers were also Chinese, and unlike the reviews, they were all friendly. There was still time left before the gondola ride, but it was so hot that I was exhausted... After 4pm, I heard that nearby restaurants and bars wouldn't even let me order coffee, so I searched and found it. I wanted something cold so I ordered Shakerato and it was super delicious. Other places say it's lukewarm without ice, but this one has quite a bit of ice in it. I asked for just ice in the glass in case it was lukewarm, but they happily gave it to me. I had over an hour to go and ordered a shakerato, so I ordered arancini and it was okay. The Shakerato was so delicious that I am leaving a review while thinking about whether to drink another glass and order a third. Shakerato is highly recommended when it’s hot!!!

First of all, not all the customers are always right. And by the way.. If you have a business like that and then most of the tourists wants to use the toilet for free,would you allow it? I don't think so.The management pay for their bills also.

Cafe on a very busy tourist street so priced accordingly. Convenient to stop for refreshments like coffee, gelato and spritz. You can only buy an ice cream cone to take away so our kids shared the 3 scoop gelato from the menu. They prefer if you can pay by cash but did accept card when that's all we had.

Solid touristy lunch spot, good menu choices and fast service, very convenient location for a quick bite
