Caffè Raffaello In Urbino

A very special place, closer to traditional Italy. The meat and cheese platter made from local produce is delicious. The wine 🍷 is amazing. The service, although not fast, is very attentive!!

Strolling along the street, we stumbled upon this little place with tables along the sidewalk. We hit the jackpot. The puff pastry was EXCEPTIONAL, and the local craft beer was equally fantastic. The owners were kind and friendly, and a few meters away they also have a shop selling local products where you can find everything you need. Highly recommended Stefano & Maria Luce

A place right in the center of Urbino. The quality of the crescia is questionable, practically the same as a piadina. Casciotta cheese is almost nonexistent inside the crescia. The wait is endless. An hour for two crescia and a coffee.

If you pass through Urbino, you definitely have to stop at this little wine shop where owners Valentino and Alberto will make you enjoy an excellent crescia, also guiding you in pairing it with wine! Highly recommended. Thank you 🍷

We tried the crescia which were really excellent as well as excellent aperitifs, the staff were really helpful and kind, I hope to return.

An almost aperitif with very good products After a long walk inside the Palazzo Ducale and around Urbino, going up Via Raffaello towards the Albornoz fortress, we stopped at the Raffaello café, at a table along the street. We ordered drinks and two mixed platters, cheeses and cured meats accompanied by crescia di Urbino. Really good products: hand-cut ham, 3 types of cheese, lard and salami. The crescia arrived hot and crunchy. Not exactly cheap, but it should be considered that we are in the heart of Urbino (a few meters from Raffaello's birthplace). A few meters further on, in a side street, you will find the Degusteria Raffaello, where you can buy the products tasted at the café.
