The environment is nice and the products are good, but spending €7.20 for a chocolate with cream seems excessive to me. I thought the cup was included too!!

All excellent in both flavor and appearance. Let's start from the assumption that it is a croissant and chocolate shop so those are the specialties. Personally, I digest dough in an extraordinary way, even after a binge. Please note that the only parking available is public on-street parking. Highly recommended.

The tables are sometimes cleaned with a brown rag which feels dirty even if it isn't! It leaves wet footprints on the table and smells like bleach. It happened to me one day just as described! Prices are too high! €2.50 a croissant Coffee €1.40 The brioches are good dough but a little too honeycombed, too crumbly and too much cream or jam. We need to find the right amount! It becomes disgusting! The price cannot be justified by the abundance of creams.

Sono stato più volte in questa pasticceria di cui ho assaggiato vari tipi di produzioni la cui qualità ho trovato sempre molto elevata, anche se piuttosto costosa. Questa mattina ho preso una brioche al cioccolato (crema di cioccolato e non nutella, molto buona), un caffè americano e una spremuta d'arancia. Questo almeno è stato il mio ordine. Un po' perplesso per l'aspetto schiumoso della spremuta ho guardato cosa riportava lo scontrino, che diceva infatti centrifuga di arancia. Al momento di pagare, ho fatto notare molto gentilmente che io avevo chiesto una spremuta e invece mi era stata portata una centrifuga. Quella che credo essere una delle titolari mi ha risposto che loro non fanno spremute, fanno solo centrifughe. Capisco, ho ribattuto, ma allora sarebbe più corretto informare il cliente e chiedere se va bene anche una centrifuga. La signora ha mantenuto una faccia inespressiva. ho pagato, ringraziato e sono uscito. Chi sa gestire un esercizio commerciale sa bene che con il cliente bisogna anche instaurare un minimo di relazione. Il cliente non è un nemico (sempre che si comporti in odo rispettoso) è colui che mi permette di fare quel mestiere. Che senso ha chiedere se la brioche al cioccolato la voglio con la nutella o con la crema al cioccolato (buonissima) e poi non chiedere se va bene la centrifuga anziché la spremuta ? Ci vuole un po' di attenzione e di professionalità in più. Franco
