I called to surprise a dear friend of mine who works at the mall. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating to my every request. They recommended a delicious cake and immediately provided candles even though they don't stock them... what can I say, unique! Jacopo in particular, a real gem! Thanks again for everything!

The kiosk is located inside the Gigli shopping center. They have a fairly large display case with many sweet and savory products, but almost everything seems to be frozen and industrially produced. They may look cute at first glance, but the quality is what it is. That aside, I wanted to point out that there were three baristas all busy joking with each other and with a couple of acquaintances who were having coffee. From the time I approached the counter to the time I was asked what I wanted, almost 5 minutes passed. I know you won't believe it, but I assure you it's true. They were completely engrossed in laughter and chatter, so much so that I was invisible even though I was right in front of them. At least the coffee was very good.
