If you're used to the usual mass-produced ice creams full of colorings and flavorings, this place isn't for you. Here, the quality and authenticity of the ingredients used are truly excellent. Last night was a day that literally touched my soul. The taste of real strawberry in the ice cream took me back to when I was a child, when my mother made homemade strawberry ice cream with strawberries from the garden. The pistachio ice cream was divine, with a natural, delicate color, just as real pistachios should be (not the bright green you see around). The chocolate left those typical cocoa notes in your mouth, lingering, creating emotions between your taste buds and your brain, which was ecstatic with every bite. The mulberry granita, with pieces of red mulberry and a true mulberry flavor, not at all loaded with sugar but creating a perfect balance because if the raw ingredients are excellent, it speaks for itself. I'm happy to have finally found you. I had no idea that in Piazza Armerina, I wish there could be such artisanal excellence. You have a new and trusted customer, and as soon as I have the chance, I would like to shake the owner's hand and have the honor of meeting him personally. Se siete abituati ai soliti gelati della "massa"pieni di coloranti ed aromi questo posto non fa per voi.Qua si rasenta l'eccellenza in termini di qualità e genuinità delle materie prime utilizzate.Ieri sera per me è stato un giorno che mi ha letteralmente toccato l'animo nel profondo.Sentire quel gusto di vera fragola nel gelato mi ha fatto fare un salto temporale a quando ero bambino quando mia madre preparava il gelato alla fragola in casa con le fragole del giardino.Il gelato al pistacchio era divino e dal colore naturale e delicato per come deve essere realmente il vero pistacchio(non verde brillante come si vede in giro) Il cioccolato lasciava in bocca quei sentori tipici del cacao che persistevano creando emozioni tra le papille gustative ed il cervello che si estasiava ad ogni assaggio.La granita ai gelsi con pezzi di gelsi rossi e dal sapore vero di gelsi,per nulla caricato di zuccheri ma che creava un perfetto equilibrio perché se la materia prima è ottima parla già da se.Sono felice di avervi finalmente trovato.Non immaginavo minimamente che a Piazza Armerina potesse esserci una tale eccellenza artigianale.Avete un nuovo e fidato cliente ed appena avrò la possibilità vorrò stringere la mano al proprietario ed avere l' onore di conoscerlo personalmente.Grazie per le emozioni che mi avete donato🙏🏻♥️
