A great place, full of local atmosphere and people - this is always the best recommendation. A cafe run by a nice Polish woman who, with great enthusiasm and a smile, suggests what is worth seeing in Ravenna.

When we arrived yesterday I wanted a higo as an aperitif because I prefer sweet things to bitter ones, and since they don't offer a hugo here the waitress (a very nice lady) offered to prepare me something with fresh strawberries and it was very, very tasty. in general the service is very familiar and friendly, a little star here, unknown and quiet, but first class.

05/11/2024: It is a real tavern, simple in appearance and very familiar. That's good!! If you are looking for traditional Tuscan dishes, that of the past, this is the right place. Don't expect the most "commercial" Florentine... they don't have it (although I would be fine with an "evening with the Florentine"! Enjoy Pici all'aglione, tripe, ribollita... and beautiful rustic, poor and "ancient" dishes that pass down historical traditions. Very nice and friendly staff. Well done
