We spent a weekend in a campervan and discovered this café by chance. We had an excellent aperitif that we highly recommend. We're definitely coming from Rome, so if we're ever in the area, it'll definitely be one of our repeat stops.

The bar is beautiful, right in front of the Rocca, the breakfasts are delicious, with a wide choice of croissants, maritozzi, mignon, pastries, pancakes and finally very kind and smiling staff

Located in the heart of Città della Pieve, in the Borgodentro district, it's a constant hub for locals and tourists alike, offering consistently high-quality food at all hours of the day. We sampled the daily specials for lunch after a tiring journey, immediately discovering the quality of the dishes and the professional, courteous welcome. A wonderful start to our vacation during the Palio dei Terzieri, which further deepened our love for Città della Pieve. Mara and Filippo.

Trattoria Lea

08/11/2025: On a short tour today, we briefly visited Città di Castello and, hungry and thirsty, ended up at Trattoria Lea. We weren't familiar with the restaurant, but we'll definitely be back to enjoy the same delicious dish—namely, the best tagliatelle con tartufo we've ever tasted! The homemade pasta, cooked perfectly "al dente" with a creamy, not-too-heavy butter sauce and topped with a generous portion of finely shaved aromatic truffle slices, arrived freshly prepared and hot. Complemented with a little grated pecorino, it was a delight from first to last bite.
26/10/2025: You don't have to rush, the food is good, the service less so!!!
