Refined hotel, friendly staff, excellent cleanliness, abundant breakfast, the only flaw is the location, unfortunately Ravenna is not covered by public night connections and taxis are not sufficient.

Hotel located in a good position to reach the center of Ravenna. It is located on the road but it is not noisy. Absolutely not a 4s but a good 3 stars. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, very dirty carpet, my son had black feet after walking on it barefoot. Curtains full of dust, harmful for an asthmatic like me. Broken extractor fan in the bathroom and only one working spotlight. Otherwise good breakfast, friendly waiters
Spa they say is a maintenance, in reality it has been decommissioned for two years

We of course give a good rating for the room because we have been upgraded. This hotel just lacks a lot of decoration but the rest is very good. The bus opposite to go to the city center is very practical.

With my family we stayed three nights to go to Mirabilandia.
Very large and welcoming dinosaur themed room.
Two double beds, one super size.
Very varied breakfast and staff all available and always with a smile.
Reception always available and cleaning present and well supplied.
We will return soon as my daughter wants to return to mirabilandia with 5 cm more.

During my overnight stay I found a very dirty room (when I entered the bathroom there was a hair in the tub). During the night I suffered very hot and in trying to open the windows I was unable to do so as they were blocked, this had not been reported to me by the reception. The dinner was very disappointing: the quality of the ingredients was certainly questionable, the only positive side was the service, in fact the waiters were very friendly.

Excellent cleanliness, spacious room and very comfortable bed, but
somewhat uncomfortable shower (in the tub) and with inconsistent jet.
Rich breakfast but not adequate to the level of the hotel:
Delicious brioche, but do not restock if sold out!
Fresh fruit scarce and not exactly selected.
