For us, the location was perfect. We were close to the center of Ravenna and found parking along streets near the center.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. We were a bit unlucky with breakfast because so many tourists stayed overnight during our weekend, and since we got up late, we found little choice.

This weekend we had a group of 45 adults from Croatia at the hotel.
They were very satisfied with the service, especially the friendliness, the food, and the cleanliness.

The hotel room is clean, as clean as it can be. The worn silicone in the bathroom cannot be cleaned, it needs to be replaced, but despite that, it is clear that it has been cleaned and that they are trying.
The bed was comfortable and I must admit that I got a good night's sleep.
Breakfast and dinner were better than expected. The breakfast is extremely rich and plentiful. The coffee is perfect, as is the friendliness of the staff.

A slightly bitter experience... booking made via app the bitter surprise arrives upon arrival in the room or rather in the bathroom with visible limescale stains as well as being visibly "dirty" being a regular customer of the structure I am truly very sorry

Non si può che non dare il massimo , locale fantastico con personale gentilissimo ottimo cibo e ottimi cocktail. L'unica pecca è che è a Ravenna e io sono di Forlì

È tornata la formula aperitivo a buffet, si spende di piu ma ne vale la pena, cibo ottimo e variegato, non tramezzini avanzati e pizzete per intenderci. Cortesia e spritz campari veri e non innacquariti dal ghiaccio. Dopo una breve parentesi senza buffet il Mattei torna in testa tra i migliori aperitivi a Ravenna. A Forlì però si spende 10 euro. Comunque bravi!
