Returning to Salvatore Mastracchio is always a pleasure for the friendliness and the taste buds. Its cold heat has no equals, the right mix of coffee, cocoa and fiordilatte ice cream makes the final 'suck' mandatory to fully enjoy its pleasantness.

Hidden little cafe. Here you can meet both locals and tourists at the counter. The specialty is Caldo Freddo. The best coffee drink we discovered in Naples. An absolute highlight.

Even though I am Neapolitan, I didn't know this bar and I had never tasted the hot cold coffee. Thanks to a dear friend, Gianvalerio, manager of Casa Calú (a b&b that I recommend if you want to stay in the center of Naples in an excellent facility), I have made up for this serious shortcoming of mine! The coffee is very special and is absolutely worth trying. I got the hot cold vanilla one, delicious! It also offers pistachio and hazelnut variants. The owner of the bar is very kind and friendly, the atmosphere is good.....in short, go there and you will become addicted! Highly recommended

Hot cold coffee you absolutely must try, a true palate experience. I was with two friends and we found ourselves in front of a very nice little scene, the Neapolitans are fantastic❤️

An excellent product, in the center of the neighbourhoods, not advertised, hot coffee with cold milk cream, caldafreddo, I recommend without a spoon, it doesn't mix. Advised

Sembra un baretto come tanti, ma è unico per il particolarissimo caffè che ha dato il nome all’attività; il “caldo freddo” è complicato da spiegare... anzi, è inutile da spiegare ma è assolutamente da assaggiare. Temo solo che... possa creare dipendenza!
