Hello everyone. This morning baked craffen with cream filling. Very soft and fragrant pasta, you could feel that the hands of those who made it produced it with their heart; then the cream: it tasted like orange with an aftertaste of saffron and vanilla, delicious, superlative. Overall, the best craffen with cream I've ever eaten in my life, so far. I have to make a note, I ate it a little while ago, just after 8:00 it was still warm, recently taken out of the oven.
Then, therefore, cappuccino with caffeinated coffee, I say this because I recommend you also enjoy it with decaffeinated coffee. But, coming back to us, the one I had just now, a sublime experience, the best I've ever had anywhere in my entire life, up until now. The delicious milk, intense coffee, tasted of cocoa beans, hazelnut, almond and a walnut aftertaste on the palate; Nothing! In my humble opinion, the coffee from the Liberty café in Palermo is the best in the world, even beating the Neapolitan one (where I was recently in 2022 and I had the opportunity to taste it carefully). Returning to the cappuccino: round, soft, worth trying.
Impeccable service from Vincenzo and Alessandro, elegant in dress and demeanor, affable and friendly people, they guided me through the experience, with professionalism and courtesy.
