While vacationing in Catania, we stumbled upon this bar. The waiters were incredibly kind and the food was delicious. If you're in the area, stop by :)

I just left the bar, which I honestly found by chance, and I have to say it was a pleasant surprise. Despite the small, crowded place, the staff was really friendly. The guy recommended a ricotta cassatella, and then I had a cappuccino, which was super frothy! Very kind and smiling. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely be back.

The food is very good and the service is very friendly. I'm from Germany and have been here before. I really liked it. When I return to Catania, I'll definitely come back here more often.

04/03/2026: I visited this restaurant for Valentine's Day. Unfortunately, it was overly crowded, and consequently, the service wasn't the best. The dishes were also decent, but nothing particularly noteworthy. Furthermore, despite the special evening dedicated to lovers and the many Neapolitan love songs one might have expected, there was no music at all, an element that would certainly have contributed to a more romantic atmosphere.
22/01/2026: I discovered this place by chance this summer. The pizza is delicious. The fried foods in general are crispy and dry, especially the homemade croquettes (in fact, they're my favorite homemade croquettes in the area). The potato frittata is excellent. I was delighted to discover they've started offering delivery, which I tried tonight. Quick, and the pizzas arrived piping hot.
