Caffè King In Castagneto carducci

In September 2025, I finally found my way to King Caffe in Donoratico to buy coffee beans. As the owner of a high-quality portafilter espresso machine with a grinder, I was curious to see how the coffee would taste when I got home. Both espresso and cappuccino taste absolutely outstanding. A very, very good crema forms on the espresso. In any case, the little detour was worth it. I highly recommend it.

Unfortunately, the coffee machine was broken, so we couldn't try it. If the coffee at home tastes as good as it does in the bars, then it'll be great! Otherwise, friendly.

As an espresso lover, I visited the small shop of the Caffé King roastery yesterday. I'd noticed their coffee in the local bars and wanted to check out what they had to offer. There are six different bean blends, ranging from 80% Arabica/20% Robusta to 20% Arabica/80% Robusta. We were able to taste three different blends and then purchased our favorites. The prices are very reasonable, €17-24 per kg. Great atmosphere, patient staff, and top-notch coffee. I'd like to see them distributed in Austria! Keep it up! Please enter the opening hours on Google; they're open from 4:30 p.m. in the afternoon during the summer season.

Supposedly the best coffee in the area. The beans are freshly ground and vacuum-packed.
