I had a small issue with a pod and informed Kimbo about it. To my surprise, they took it very seriously, performed an analysis 🧪and shared the outcome 📊with me. And on top of it, they sent me more coffee. First class Customer Service. I definitely recommend. Grazie Giovanni. 👍☕

06/10/2025: Their mortadella pizza is so addictive, I always stop by every time I pass by and get a piece. The prices are also a pleasure to eat and a great way to indulge. My compliments to everyone, from the people behind the counter to those inside doing the (good) hard work.
