I often stop by for a coffee break, very friendly and always available!

We had a delicious meal here and the staff were super friendly!

A historic venue that, in my opinion, is losing its former luster—a shame. Everything else is normal.

Nice cappuccino for €2. A bit noisy though.

I am writing because even though I have been frequenting the place for a long time, which I find very pleasant and with excellent brioches, I found myself facing an unpleasant situation due to the fault of a waiter. Not being young nor in skimpy clothes, I and even with friends had to wait up to 20 minutes to be served. Lastly, even though he was not the cashier, he made me pay €4 for each drink served at the table. The same that I normally paid the previous days. I am sorry that due to the fault of one person a company that is part of the history of Brescia is penalized.

A nice memory. During a rainy afternoon, visiting the center of Brescia, I chose to enter this delightful place. I waited for it to rain while writing documents on my cell phone at my table, and I must say that I was very impressed by the courtesy and attentiveness of the staff. I had a coffee, a fruit juice and little else, all served quickly and in a very kind and discreet way. Above all, the waitress who served me and the counter staff were welcoming, despite having kept a table occupied for them for more than an hour. And I saw that they also showed kindness to some families with children (who in other places are rushed to get them out) and didn't send away a homeless person who sat at a table for a while. They are rare things and I was pleased to see them. The most "exclusive" places are truly those where everyone feels welcomed. It may have been more than a month but it is still a welcome memory.
