16/01/2025: It is a place immersed in the territory not far from the Sassi of Matera, their predominantly Apulian dedication and peasant roots, embrace the mixed flavors that the lands still produce as in the last century, and I don't want to continue with boring advice, but certainly don't miss the 'opportunity to go in person even if only to deny what I say.....
