Best and most Sicilian is the Pizza Disgraziata, which our server Marco highly recommended to us, and which New Orleans knows from Sicilian immigrant Salvatore Lupo as the Muffaletta sandwich of Central Grocery. But the pagnotta bread in Messina is the best we’ve ever had, superior I must confess to that used by its New Orleans cousin. A glass of house red and you’ll be ready for the climb to Christo Re!

26/10/2025: Everything is very well organized, from the service to the presentation of the dishes. The pizza I ordered was really good, with a thin, crispy crust, and the ingredients were fresh. I found the prices fair for the quality offered. The restaurant is also very well located and has a modern yet welcoming style. Ideal for a quiet, stress-free meal in the city center. Without a doubt, a place I would return to without hesitation.
