Excellent cuisine, generous portions, and great background music. The terrace is very pleasant, and the waiters are very attentive to their customers. I came with my mom and a friend. The service and atmosphere were excellent. We ordered carbonara, lasagna, and seafood pasta. - The lasagna was average. - My friend loved the seafood pasta. - I ordered a carbonara that broke my heart. The egg was runny, and I didn't like it at all.

Antonio made our stay and our lunches wonderful. A true professional of service, the likes of which rarely exist anymore, and extremely kind. He always knew how to advise us and recommend the right dishes and drinks. We will return there during our next stay in Florence. Ask for Antonio, he is the best of the best. An address to remember also for the quality of the Italian cuisine

Beautiful views of the duomo from this restaurant, I tried the wine window and it was ok. The white wine was €10 which is a bit expensive as there are cheaper wine options in many restaurants but if you want to experience the famous wine windows in Florence this is one of the places you can try with a beautiful view of the duomo. There’s was no one stationed at the window so I had to wait for a little bit until a server came out of the restaurant and saw me knocking.

Love coming here for tasty cocktail or a good dinner right under the beautiful Duomo. The food is great, the staff is friendly. All in all a top stop in Florence.

Ristorante 'O Parrucchiano La Favorita

21/11/2025: The location is beautiful, especially the magical garden. The service is very nice. The food was ok, only the seafood was a little tasteless unfortunately.
20/11/2025: This was recommended to me by a friend who went last year. I pre-booked whilst still in England - this is a must as the queues were long! It was a birthday meal for my husband and we weren't disappointed. Menu choices great - not over priced compared to some restaurants we looked at and the food was really delicious. Service was great, the waiting on staff were brilliant - (especially when I spoke to them in Italian) only marked down sightly on the star rating because it was so busy and they had many tables to serve but it didn't detract from our enjoyment and we weren't in a hurry. The restaurant is set in a lemon grove so the atmosphere and ambience were lovely. One thing to point out though, we did see a couple of rats run across the canopy of trees above us once or twice throughout the evening (I must emphasise not IN the restaurant). We weren't bothered about them at all but it did freak out one young girl when she saw one!! It didn't stop our enjoyment and is probably out of the control of the restaurant anyway, just wanted to mention it incase anyone had phobias!! It would not stop us going back again at all. Loved the whole evening. Thank you to all the staff, with such a large restaurant, how you manage to give such a great experience is an absolute credit to you all.
