Caffe Due Merli In Savona

The staff suffers from the difficulty of finding skills and professionalism these days, yet everyone is friendly (except one). The incredible thing, unique on the international scene (perhaps there are a couple more cases in Savona), is that after 11:00 a.m., it's impossible to find a croissant. It's as if on weekends and holidays, everyone checks in at 7:00 a.m. A suggestion for improving the offerings of this truly wonderful place from every perspective: the croissants are too cheap; raise the price, churn out 30 more, and if 4 or 5 are left over in the evening, the margin is still protected. Otherwise, well done.

We had an excellent espresso in this picturesque little square. The cornetto pistacchio rounded things off.

Very nice place in the middle of via pia, pleasant and elegant, kind service. Very small but characteristic place, with all the tables completely outdoors in the elegant piazza Della Maddalena, everything reminds us of a French café.. Remarkable choice of brioches, focaccia, excellent for breakfast and aperitifs. The smiles of Renata and Maria, deserve a fixed passage, Sharon's cocktails and Andrea's professionalism are the extra touch. Silvia, Arianna and Sabrina are missing, but we must always move forward.

Located in the center of Savona in the oldest street you can breathe holiday air. Good service

Found it by chance. We only wanted a coffee, but ended up staying longer and enjoying a cocktail and snack. A must-try.
