12/04/2026: Overall, a positive experience. The service was decidedly chaotic: there were only three girls working in the dining room, which was clearly too few to handle the large crowds on a Sunday lunch. Once seated, we had to wait about 30 minutes before our order was taken. As mentioned, the staff was insufficient for the workload. There is no paper menu; the dishes are listed by the staff shortly before ordering. Personally, I would have preferred a written menu, especially since I couldn't remember everything. After this initial phase, the service was extremely fast. We ordered two first courses, amatriciana and cacio e pepe; to follow, my wife chose sautéed chicory, while I chose pork tenderloin with sautéed mushrooms. We ate really well.

07/04/2026: Excellent home cooking. There's not a huge selection of dishes, but the ones offered are authentic. The place is very rustic, but perfect for the food served. The gnocchi and tripe are highly recommended. It's a shame that the change in management a few years ago has led to a general decline.
