I've tried various cuts, from Florentine steak to sliced ​​beef, and every time the cooking is simply impeccable, masterfully showcasing the flavors and tenderness of the raw material. The quality is exceptional and is evident in every bite, making the experience a true sensory journey. But the beauty doesn't end there. The wine menu offers a carefully curated and extensive selection, with particular attention to local grapes that pair beautifully with the meat specialties. I had the opportunity to taste a Montefalco Sagrantino that paired perfectly with my dish, and the staff is always ready to recommend the right wine for every taste.
