Unfortunately, the line to get in is very long and you have to wait a long time, but there are so many delicious and tasty desserts.

A wonderful historic venue! Table service is available for those seeking a refined and luxurious break; a counter service option is available for those wanting to spend less or in a hurry but still want to enjoy delicious food. I tasted the best sfogliatella of my life; it even made me reconsider my choice of shortcrust pastry, as a lover of sfogliatella. Excellent quality in all products! The only downside was the large crowd, and unfortunately, not all of them were polite... so the staff was a bit annoyed and the service was a bit rushed, but I can understand the situation.

Beautiful place, lovely caffe but We had to ask for water for our caffe and man behind the counter very unhappy... bad customer service what a shame. Coffee beans only in big bags (1kg) Would be nice to have 250g option.

Everything I tried was truly delicious, perfect for those who want to experience authentic Neapolitan flavors in an elegant and historic setting. The staff, despite not having had much direct contact, were friendly and professional despite the place being full. My only complaint is the prices, which are decidedly high, sometimes even a bit exaggerated for some products, but that's understandable given the café's fame and location. In short, a visit to Gran Caffè Gambrinus is absolutely worth it, especially for those who want to experience a piece of Neapolitan history and enjoy local specialties in an elegant setting, although be aware that the crowds and prices can make the experience a bit intense. ☕🍰✨

The place is beautiful and charming, but no longer lives up to its reputation. Cleanliness could be improved (cup sink). We order two coffees at the counter but wait 15 minutes, witnessing an argument between two waiters behind the counter. Too bad.

A large, high-end cafe-bakery: expensive, but also good

You can't go to Naples and not go to Gambrinus.. Beautiful atmosphere.
