Very nice place. Nice to sit at the tables under the porch. Really very kind and smiling staff.

The place is beautiful, historic with a terrace under the porticoes on the sides of the Santa Maria di Saluzzo cathedral. It's a shame that in the summer the glass screens/separates that isolate from the noise and exhaust fumes of passing cars are dismantled. Maybe late at night with limited traffic you can enjoy the cool air sitting in the armchairs. But during the day and in the early afternoon it is decidedly hot. Also considering that there is no air conditioning inside. Difficult to relax. The place is large with many tables inside and with a small room. Excellent wine list and bubbles. In my personal opinion I would not keep an entire wall with empty bubbles! Even if it is not a wine shop, for those who want to admire the available bottles it is not pleasant to find all the empty ones. The staff, made up of very young girls, is friendly but not very prepared. When asked what type of aperitif or cocktail is available, you cannot answer everything you want.... without presenting a menu. With classic Spritz, very light, appetizers are served at the girls' discretion. Ultimately, after booking, with a group of friends we sat down and chose a table, because at the beginning of the evening everyone was available, we took our aperitifs and immediately left because of the heat and the annoyance of the few flies that wanted to tease us... to go to a pizzeria with air conditioning... too bad, maybe next time we'll be luckier. Anyway, we wish the staff good work with the invitation to study the menu...
